net-ARB was conceived to fill a giant void on the internet. Was there any way, anywhere, anyhow where two people, or more, in geographically diverse locations could get a swift and just solution to a legitimate contract dispute, breach of warranty, a business dispute, etc.? The answer was probably NOT.
